Thinking more

Someone said something today to make me think.

I remember him telling me not long after we started talking "I have bad luck with women, a woman accused me of messing with her 2 girls. She was just trying to make me look bad and trying to ruin me."

I guess that could be the truth, but I do wonder.....

I asked the first wife since she had 2 and she said not that she was aware of, but it possibly could have been a lady they went to church with that had moved away.

He told me about the church he is attending or was attending recently. He told me the pastor had sex with an underaged teen girl. I told him that was awful. He told me he forgives the man and then told me she looked 23. I told him it didn't matter how old she looked she was still a kid and willing or not the "man" was the adult in the situation and knew better. I am sorry, but I have a hard time forgiving a man for that kind of behavior with a minor.

Right before I quit talking to him he made a comment about my 19 yo daughter, "She is legal but probably too young" At the time I thought he meant for dating boys.. but now I wonder if it could have meant something else.

Just thinking and putting things together and very thankful this man was not ever around my girls, or even my boys except for my oldest and only once in a group setting.
